These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of redinc.academy and its related services (the "Platform"), operated by Redinc Academy LLP ("Redinc", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership incorporated in India with its registered/contact office at Venture Arcade, Kozhikkode, Kerala, India, and an operational office in the UAE operated through Redinc Education FZ LLC at Dtech, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.
By creating an account, purchasing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current. The Platform is intended for educators and teaching professionals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including passkeys and two-factor methods) and for all activity under your Account. One Account is for one individual; Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Notify us immediately at hello@redinc.academy of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate Accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and view the Content you have lawfully enrolled in or purchased, solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.
You must not, and must not permit anyone to:
Enforcement. To protect Content and Accounts, the Platform uses device fingerprinting, IP hashing and geolocation, sign-in-link-to-browser binding, login alerts, and session monitoring (see the Privacy Policy). Activity indicating account sharing or unauthorised access may result in alerts, suspension, or termination without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
All Content and the Platform (including text, video, course design, software, logos, and the "Redinc" marks) are owned by or licensed to Redinc and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 4, no rights are granted to you. Certificates issued to you evidence your completion and are personal to you; they may not be altered or misrepresented.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Redinc a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate it for the purpose of operating the Platform. You must not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or spam content. We may moderate, edit, pin, or remove User Content and may restrict commenting at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, probing or load-testing security, uploading malware, using automated means to access or harvest data, or using the Platform to violate any law or third-party right.
Workshop and webinar registrations are subject to capacity, scheduling, and the details shown at registration. We may reschedule, change the format, move online, or cancel an event; where an event is cancelled by us, the Refund Policy governs any remedy. Recordings and resources, where provided, are licensed to you on the same terms as other Content.
The Platform integrates third-party services (including Dodo Payments, Cloudflare, VdoCipher, Plunk, and others). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
The Platform and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular educational, professional, employment, or income outcome will result from using the Content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redinc and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Content giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your non-waivable consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold Redinc harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms (including account sharing), suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Kozhikkode, Kerala, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. The UAE office is an operational office only and is not the contracting party.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Redinc regarding the Platform. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force (severability). Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business.
